At Kaseya, success comes from embracing challenges, moving with urgency, and continuously raising the bar.    What You’ll Do Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Go (Golang) Build and optimize high-performance, reliable, and secure systems Work with SQL databases (MySQL), focusing on performance tuning and query optimization Contribute to system architecture and technical design decisions Develop and maintain APIs (RESTful and/or GraphQL) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions Improve system observability, reliability, and performance Leverage AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity and code quality Required Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) 3+ years of backend development experience, with strong professional experience in Go (Golang) as a primary language Experience with at least one additional backend language (e.g., Java, Python, C/C++, Ruby, Scala) Strong knowledge of SQL databases (preferably MySQL), including query optimization Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns Experience working in Unix/Linux environments Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) Nice to Have Experience building cloud-native applications, preferably on Microsoft Azure Familiarity with microservices architecture and API design Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OpenTelemetry) Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm) Background in storage, backup, or disaster recovery systems  Additional information Kaseya provides equal employment opportunity to all employees and applicants without regard to race, religion, age, ancestry, gender, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, citizenship status, physical or mental disability, veteran status, marital status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
