Job Description  PLM Program Manager Full Time  Onsite/Hybrid   The PLM Program Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements within an advanced Software and Enterprise Solutions team to support our U.S. Department of Defense customers. They are responsible for ordering backlog, clearly expressing the product backlog items, ordering the items to best achieve goals, optimizing the value of the work the team performs. The Product Manager will lead collaboration, facilitate sprint activities, and create and communicate requirements artifacts that translate business needs into executable requirements. They work closely with business stakeholders, product/project managers, and technical teams to understand, analyze, refine, prioritize, and communicate needs to ensure full understanding of project scope, objectives, and requirements. The ideal candidate has 5 to 8 years of experience managing engineering/manufacturing enterprise system related projects, with at least 3 years of experience with large-scale business enterprise systems. They should have a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.  Duties & Responsibilities  Experience with implementing large-scale business enterprise systems such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or PLM  Experience incorporating Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning technologies as part of product roadmaps and system development activities  Conduct market research to identify technology trends.  Create and manage product roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery of product milestones.  Communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders, including clients, team members, end-users and leadership.  Monitor and analyze product performance, using data to drive decision-making and improvements.  Assure customer satisfaction through continuous engagement and confidence building  Manage and curate product features and backlog  Estimate resource requirement, acquire it effectively and manage efficiently  Provide project updates to stakeholders as per demand and requirement  Create and maintain detailed product documentation  Prepare ‘go-to market’ content and assist with the development of sales collateral for the solutions/products under your control  Undertake risk management to minimize potential risks  Ensure project delivery is on time, as per scope and within the allocated budget  Performs other duties as assigned.    Required Qualifications  Excellent communication skills  Experience working within Agile Software Development frameworks and teams to include Scrum  Experience with product management to include roadmap and feature development  BS in Engineering or equivalent education / experience  5+ years of related work experience   Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm   Currently holds an active U.S. national security clearance or be able to receive and maintain one.    Preferred Qualifications Experience with PLM (PTC Windchill and/or Siemens Teamcenter) implementations, data migrations, or enhancements projects  Prior experience working as a consultant with a partner organization of PTC and/or Siemens  Experience working with products that incorporate AI/ML technologies  Experience working within the aerospace and defense industry  Experience Cloud computing infrastructure or development (e.g., AWS, Azure)  Experience using the Atlassian suite tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket)    Physical Requirements  Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.  Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.  This position is hybrid located in St. Paul, MN. Fully remote candidates may be considered with increased expectation for travel.This position may require the ability to travel up to 10%.   Work Environment   Hybrid work arrangements are strongly preferred for this role to support regular in-person collaboration with program and project teams. Fully remote candidates may still be considered; however, remote employees should expect increased travel requirements to support onsite team engagement. Employees may telework on designated days or as needed with supervisor approval, provided they maintain established communication expectations and effectively meet job responsibilities. Travel may be required 1–2 times per month to customer sites, subcontractor locations, and other company offices. Clearance Requirements  Some positions will require access to U.S. National Security information. Positions that require this access will be required to receive and maintain a U.S. government personnel security clearance (PCL). In order to qualify for this position, the candidate must be a US Citizen and either currently possess this National Security eligibility or be able to complete the investigation application process with a favorable determination and maintain that eligibility throughout their employment.    Pay Scales & Benefits  The listed pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this position for the location for which it has been posted and is not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
