What You’ll Do
Manage Contracting & Commercial Documentation
Own the coordination, review, negotiation, and execution of customer and partner agreementsLead contract negotiations in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external counterpartiesManage contract redlines and version control while ensuring timely executionPartner with Legal, Finance, Security, and Business Development teams to resolve contractual and compliance issuesMaintain organized contract documentation and ensure accurate tracking of obligations, approvals, and renewal timelinesIdentify opportunities to streamline contracting workflows and improve operational efficiency
Coordinate Due Diligence & RFP/RFI Responses
Own and coordinate customer due diligence requests across security, compliance, operational, financial, and technical domainsManage the intake, coordination, and completion of RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnairesServe as the central point of coordination between internal subject matter experts and external stakeholdersEnsure responses are accurate, consistent, timely, and aligned with Reserv standardsMaintain and continuously improve repositories of standard responses, documentation, and supporting materialsIdentify recurring themes and recommend process or documentation improvements to enhance future response efficiencyWork with marketing teams to develop proposal presentations using Reserv’s style and brand guidelinesSupport tool creation and technology enhancement to automate and streamline response production
Drive Post-Sale Operational Readiness
Partner closely with Business Development and Operations teams to coordinate pre-onboarding standard work and support seamless transitions from signed agreement to onboarding readinessTrack key implementation milestones, dependencies, and deliverablesSupport internal documentation and workflow standardization efforts to improve scalability and consistencyAct as a cross-functional liaison to help remove blockers and drive execution across teams
What You Bring
Experience
Bachelor’s degree required7+ years of relevant professional experience in contract management, legal operations, commercial operations, vendor management, account operations, or related fieldsDemonstrated experience negotiating commercial contracts and managing complex agreement workflowsExperience coordinating cross-functional due diligence efforts, RFPs, RFIs, or security questionnairesProven ability to manage multiple complex projects and stakeholders simultaneouslyExperience working in insurance, SaaS, fintech, insurtech, or other highly regulated industries strongly preferred
Knowledge & Skills
Strong understanding of commercial contract structures, negotiation processes, and operational risk considerationsExperience working in insurance operations, claims administration, or regulatory compliance frameworksExceptional organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to coordinate and drive alignment across multiple internal teamsExcellent written communication skills with experience drafting and editing professional business responsesStrong project management and workflow coordination capabilitiesAbility to prioritize effectively and operate independently in fast-paced environmentsProficiency with contract management systems, CRM platforms, and collaboration toolsStrong judgment, professionalism, and problem-solving skills

Travel: Up to 10-15% for team meetings, customer engagements, and industry events
