In this role, you’ll help accelerate legal processes, drive creativity, and bring fresh, solutions to an industry ready for change. What you’ll do…  Be awesome  Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to drive innovation and development of product features  Write clean, maintainable code following established standards and conventions  Implement features and resolve bugs with increasing independence  Contribute to unit testing and automated testing practices  Understand software architecture patterns and their application in SaaS environments  Collaborate with Product Managers to understand feature requirements and business priorities  Partner with UX Designers to ensure technical feasibility of design solutions  Write code that is readable, maintainable, and properly tested  Accept and implement feedback from code reviews to improve technical skills  Stay current with relevant technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices  Set personal development goals that align with career progression requirements  Learn multi-tenant architecture principles and their implementation in production systems  Understand subscription business model technical requirements and implications  Develop awareness of global scalability, performance, and compliance considerations What you’ll need…  Product Engineering mindset: o Self-Starter: Take initiative and drive forward with minimal supervision. o Proactive: Anticipate challenges and address them before they become problems. o Problem Solver: Tackle complex issues with creativity and determination. o Resilient: Bounce back from setbacks and keep pushing forward. o Customer-Centric: Always keep the end-user in mind and strive to meet their needs. o Design-First: Prioritise design and usability in every feature you develop. o Value-Driven: Focus on delivering features that provide real value to our users. o Communication Skills: Ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.  Software Engineering experience with the following expertise: o 2+ years of experience in full-stack software development. o Strong exposure in C# .NET Framework / .NET Core, Angular, and REST API first design and development. o Experience building reliable solutions consuming 3rd party APIs o Solid understanding of Azure PaaS components. o Regular experience with GitHub. o QA familiarity and contribution. o Comfortable working in an Agile environment. o Comfortable with customer engagement.
