Why This Role Matters We are looking for a high-judgment, hands-on Accounting Manager to play a central role in strengthening and scaling our finance foundation. Reporting to the Global Controller and partnering closely with FP&A and the CFO, this role will help ensure financial accuracy, operational rigor, and disciplined execution as the company grows. This position goes beyond transactional accounting. You’ll help shape processes, reinforce internal controls, and elevate the overall quality and scalability of our accounting operations. What You’ll Do Own and continuously improve the month-end close process, ensuring it is accurate, timely, and coordinated across U.S. and global teamsPrepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analyses with strong attention to detail and documentation standardsStrengthen internal controls and ensure adherence to US GAAP, identifying areas of risk and proactively recommending improvementsPartner closely with FP&A and the CFO on reporting insights, forecast alignment, and financial analysisSupport audit readiness and serve as a key point of contact for external auditorsEnhance accounting policies, procedures, and documentation to build a scalable and well-controlled environmentIdentify process gaps and implement practical, sustainable improvements in a lean-team settingProvide guidance and informal leadership to junior team members and contribute to a high-performing finance culture What You’ll Bring 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally Big 4 or strong mid-tier public accounting training. Must have an active CPA license to be considered.
