If you were in the Senior Product Integrity Specialist role now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing::
Partnering with Design, Product Development and HKO commercialization teams during the Maker’s Phase (specially for products developed for Tokyo creation centre office) and leading technical evaluations of products during development, providing strategic feedback to Design and Product Development teams.
Attending design initiations (for all new models), prototype reviews, buy-ready signoffs, and seasonal meetings to advise on new models, constructions, and materials.
Establishing and enforcing advanced quality standards for construction and manufacturing methods across all factories in partnership with Quality, Design, Product Development, Pattern/Fit, and Production teams.
Mentoring and guiding junior specialists and supporting their technical development.
Leading vendor capability assessments and training programs to ensure adherence to Arc’teryx brand standards.
Providing expert-level technical guidance on construction methods and quality standards for all product categories.
Influencing cost reduction strategies, safety compliance, and quality improvements through best manufacturing practices and efficiency initiatives.
Representing Product Integrity in strategic meetings, including Design initiations and quality reviews, to shape decisions on new models and construction methods.
Reviewing tech packs and construction elements for accuracy and design-for-manufacturing (DFM), focusing on sampling challenges for new and transition models.
Conducting seasonal technical quality reviews (TQR) of prototypes and approving them.
Overseeing seasonal technical quality reviews and risk assessments for high-risk models, ensuring proactive mitigation plans.
Approving sealed samples at size set stage for bulk production.
Preparing CTQ instructions for new models and leading seasonal handover meetings to educate QC teams.
Performing risk assessments and oversee high-risk models from development through bulk production.
Overseeing preventive actions such as pilot runs and TOP for high-risk models.
Performing onboarding programs for new vendors and contribute to sourcing exploration and qualification assessments.
Building and supporting in achieving departmental KPIs and objectives.
Driving continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing quality data and implementing corrective actions across global manufacturing partners.
Driving the creation and optimization of workflows and standards for global quality management of finished goods.

Are you our next Senior Product Integrity Specialist?:
You have a bachelor’s degree and/or a Diploma in a relevant field such as Textile Engineering, Textile Technology, Material Science, Fashion, Clothing Technology, or Quality/Engineering/Manufacturing.
You have 7+ years of progressive experience in apparel manufacturing and quality management.
You have deep expertise in apparel construction, material properties, and global manufacturing practices.
You have a proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, mentor teams, and influence strategic decisions.
You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to risk management.
You have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to drive collaboration and alignment.
You have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and PLM systems.
You have the ability to travel and work in a Full time In-person environment.
You are passionate about innovation and commitment to maintaining brand integrity.
