Core Tasks & Responsibilities • Attend and resolve day-to-day maintenance service requests• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance across the property• Inspect and maintain public area fixtures, fittings, and equipment• Support electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and polishing works as required• Assist the shift in-charge with scheduled maintenance activities• Ensure all work is completed safely and as per operational standards• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition• Respond promptly to breakdowns and operational issues• Perform any additional duties assigned by the Engineering Manager or Shift In-charge Offices: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India (Soho House Mumbai);
