This role is part of Schumacher North America, which is the largest division of the company.   About the Role   The Studio Sales Lead role serves as the primary Schumacher representative and keyholder in the new Salt Lake City, Utah studio (opening in late Summer) and is responsible for driving sales, delivering exceptional client service, and overseeing daily showroom operations.   This role will report in person into the Denver showroom until the studio is opened.   At least in the near-term, the Studio Sales Lead will be the sole FSCO representative at the studio and will act as a key holder, responsible for opening and closing the space. The role reports directly to the Managing Director, Rockies. Future add-to-staff decisions for the SLC studio will be considered in time, and in coordination with the Studio Sales Lead and Managing Director, Rockies.   Success in this role is defined by strong sales performance, operational excellence, consistent follow-through, and meaningful relationship-building within the interior design community.       Sales & Business Development   Grow sales through proactive outreach, client engagement, and project follow-up   Collaborate closely with the Account Executive to develop new business and service existing accounts   Conduct strategic outreach to identify new opportunities and move leads through the sales funnel   Follow up daily on project shops, quotes, and reserves to drive conversion   Maintain an active sales pipeline by tracking contacts, shops, reserves, quotes, and orders   Place sample requests and curate product groupings to support client projects   Log all outreach and follow-up activity accurately in the Contact Log   Meet or exceed monthly sales targets       Client Service & Brand Representation   Act as a polished, professional brand ambassador for Schumacher   Provide high-touch, personalized service to trade clients across textiles, wallcoverings, rugs, trim, and furniture   Assist clients with product selections, sampling, quoting, and order placement   Deliver white-glove service to both residential and commercial clients   Ensure thoughtful and timely follow-up to convert sampling into closed orders   Continuously build product knowledge and stay current on Schumacher collections       Showroom Operations & Studio Management   Serve as the primary on-site FSCO representative and point of contact for the studio   Act as a key holder, responsible for opening and closing the studio   Maintain the showroom floor, including hanging new products and removing discontinued items   Manage showroom collateral and supplies (marketing materials, shopping bags, etc.)   Maintain sample room inventory, including ordering and filing replenishments   Handle client sample requests in person, over the phone, and via email   Support general showroom needs, projects, and day-to-day operations       Territory Strategy & Relationship Building   Build and strengthen Schumacher’s presence throughout the Rockies region   Proactively engage new interior designers and nurture existing client relationships   Execute territory sales strategies informed by outreach, sales data, and cross-selling opportunities   Introduce new products and initiatives through targeted client communication   Build customer loyalty through consistent, thoughtful follow-up and exceptional service       Digital Engagement & Events   Support brand awareness through email marketing, digital tools, and social engagement   Represent Schumacher at local design events, showroom activations, and regional trade gatherings   Host and support events that foster visibility, community engagement, and designer relationships       Cross-Functional Collaboration & Administration   Share sales updates, opportunities, and market insights with Account Executives and internal partners   Refer Patterson Flynn leads appropriately while promoting cross-brand opportunities   Participate in team meetings, sales check-ins, and regional strategy sessions   Enter and process quotes, orders, and sample requests accurately and efficiently   Review reports and dashboards to prioritize sales funnel activity   Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction   Benefits Package: Your well-being is our top priority.
