Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Product Manager to join our Strategy & Innovation team. In this role, you will support the development and launch of new products by partnering closely with cross‑functional teams across innovation, digital, operations, and marketing.
You will contribute to market research, product planning, and go‑to‑market execution, while building strong foundations in product strategy and lifecycle management. This role is well‑suited for someone who is eager to grow their product management skills in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Market & Consumer Insights
Support research into consumer trends, customer needs, and competitive activityAssist in synthesizing research and data into insights that inform product decisionsContribute to identifying opportunities within the innovation pipeline
Product Development & Execution
Help develop product briefs, timelines, and documentation to support new product initiativesCoordinate with cross‑functional teams to keep projects moving on trackSupport pilot programs, testing, and early‑stage product experiments
Go‑To‑Market Support
Assist with go‑to‑market plans for new product launchesPartner with marketing, operations, and digital teams to support launch readinessHelp track launch performance and gather post‑launch learnings
Project & Stakeholder Coordination
Support the creation and maintenance of project plans, milestones, and status updatesHelp identify risks, dependencies, and follow‑ups across teamsMaintain clear and organized documentation to ensure alignment and visibility
Qualifications
Required
3 - 6 years of experience in product management, brand management, business analysis, or a related roleExposure to supporting products through development and launch phasesStrong analytical and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast‑moving environmentClear written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Experience in consumer goods, health & wellness, or related industriesFamiliarity with stage‑gate, agile, or iterative product development processesComfort working cross‑functionally with diverse stakeholdersInterest in innovation, product discovery, and consumer‑led development
