About the role
We’re hiring a Customer Success Intern to support the Customer Success team in delivering exceptional experiences for some of the world’s leading commercial real estate portfolios. This internship offers hands-on exposure to customer relationship management, tenant engagement strategy, platform operations, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced SaaS environment.
The Customer Success Intern will work closely with Customer Success Managers and internal teams to support customer communications, platform operations, reporting, event programming, and account management initiatives. This role is ideal for a student interested in customer success, commercial real estate technology, SaaS operations, marketing, or client services.
Responsibilities – What You'll Do
Assist Customer Success Managers with day-to-day account management activities across assigned portfoliosRespond to customer inquiries related to platform functionality, best practices, tenant management, and troubleshootingHelp document meeting notes, action items, and customer updates within HubSpotSupport the preparation of customer-facing presentations, reporting, and engagement recommendationsAssist with customer training sessions, feature demonstrations, and platform walkthroughsSupport special projects related to newsletters, engagement campaigns, and customer communicationsAssist in pulling analytics reports and supporting customer reporting requestsMonitor engagement trends, platform usage, and customer activity to help identify opportunities for increased adoptionPartner with Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Support teams to help deliver cohesive customer experiences
Qualifications – What You’ll Bring
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Real Estate, Hospitality, Technology, or a related fieldStrong written and verbal communication skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skillsComfortable managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environmentInterest in customer success, SaaS technology, commercial real estate, or client servicesStrong problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn new tools and processesAbility to work collaboratively across teams and communicate professionally with customersExperience with Microsoft Office, Google WorkspaceFamiliarity with HubSpot, analytics tools, or content management platforms is a plus
Nice to Have
Hands-on experience with a CRM platform (HubSpot or similar)
Pay
The hourly compensation range reflects HqO’s reasonable, good-faith estimate of what the company expects to pay for this role at the time of posting.
Range:
1st Year Internship: $26/hour2nd Year Internship: $30/hour
