Due to significant interest in our Mountain Biking Positions, all remaining Mountain Biking Instructor roles require staff to qualify to drive (at least 20 years old, 3+ year valid drivers license, and clean driving record). Starting hourly are below: - Bike Specialists: $19.75/hour - Valmont Bike Park: $20.70/hour - Relevant Certification Bonuses https://avid4adventure.notion.site/Required-Certifications-115c5dee95a381f9a013e92f33a2d5c9: - WFA: $100 - IMBA/ICP: $200 - Teacher Certification/License: $200 - Additional Certification bonuses available! In this role you will - Primarily lead our single-sport mountain biking camps; may be asked to co-lead our multi-sport programs from time to time instructing in all of our core sport programs (training will be provided!) - Safety is key!! You will be responsible for risk management and teaching our campers how to recreate safely - You are a role model for our campers; you will demonstrate and guide campers in appropriate behavior, attitudes, and activities - Provide exceptional customer service to our campers, parents, and Avid families - Most positions require you to be eligible to drive - our Drivers transport campers to and from program areas using company passenger vans with gear and flatbed trailers in tow.
