We request that outside recruiters do not contact us regarding this position.     country: US all locations: [United States] commitment: Full-Time department: Marketing location: United States team: 402 - Marketing Responsibilities : Build virtual and in-person field marketing programs, including events, partner activations, and regional campaigns Collaborate with the Partner Marketing Manager to support co-marketing programs and joint events Oversee end-to-end event logistics including vendor management, invitations, budget tracking, and execution Build and launch campaigns in HubSpot and Salesforce, including landing pages, email workflows, and lead tracking Track, report on program performance, providing relevant insights Help plan and accomplish company Sales Kickoff and important company events Communicate field marketing logistics, goals, and outcomes to our teams and collaborators. Ensure all programs are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with our goals Executive & Hospitality Experiences Own planning executive hospitality programs, including NFL and MLB suite experiences Partner with sales and partner marketing to identify target accounts and curate attendee lists Manage end-to-end logistics including tickets, guest experience, communications, and on-site coordination Ensure a high-touch, premium experience that strengthens relationships and guides pipeline opportunities Track engagement and follow-up to measure the impact on pipeline and customer growth Report to Senior Marketing Leadership Requirements: Bachelor's degree required 2+ years of experience in field marketing, events, or demand generation within a B2B technology environment Experience building both in-person and virtual events Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce Strong project management experience Comfortable working with sales, partners, and marketing teams Professional communication and relationship-building skills Willingness to travel up to 30% Experience supporting or implementing client-facing events, hospitality programs, or executive experiences This is a Remote role
