Tailored our offering to thousand of patients in Germany and Japan   About the role (What you’ll be doing) CORE (Conversion, Outcomes, Retention, Excellence) is the operational engine within the Clinical Operations team, turning clinical insight into measurable impact across the patient journey, from sign-up and consult through to onboarding, adherence and long-term retention. As a Clinical Operations Associate within CORE, you will identify and resolve friction across the patient experience, working at the intersection of clinical care, operations and growth. You’ll combine analytical thinking with hands-on execution to improve patient outcomes while maintaining high standards of clinical safety and quality, directly contributing to Eucalyptus’ 2026 goals of improving core obesity outcomes, scaling globally and embedding clinical excellence into our model of care. What you’ll do Patient Journey & Outcomes Identify and improve friction points across the patient journey, from sign-up and consult through to onboarding and ongoing engagement Support improvements to the patient experience, reducing unnecessary drop-off and helping patients access the right treatment at the right time Data, Insights & Quality Analyse patient and operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement Action clinical audit findings and support improvements that enhance patient safety and outcomes Monitor key metrics including conversion, adherence, retention and patient safety Clinical Operations & Governance Work cross-functionally with clinical, operations, product and support teams to design and implement scalable process improvements Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence What we are looking for:  Current registration as a practising clinician (nurse, doctor, or allied health professional) Minimum 2 years of post-registration clinical experience Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data and audit findings into practical improvements Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, technology-led environment Genuine interest in digital health, patient outcomes, and operational excellence What’s ahead in Australia?
