What You’ll Do Interact effectively with project teams, managers, and end-users Active participation in software development and automated unit testing Complete development tasks within the agreed timebox Participate in technical discussions and closely collaborate with the team Identify areas for refactoring and optimizing existing systems to improve performance, maintainability, and scalability Apply innovative thinking, being able to multi-task What You Bring 1+ years of experience with Java/J2EE, Docker / Kafka Knowledge of Spring and Hibernate Experience with PostgreSQL SQL / MySQL Skills in defining clean, crystal clear interfaces/API using Web Services Technology (REST, SOAP, etc.) Understanding of socket-level and multi-threading programming Experience with AI Tools like Cursor, Copilot Experience with Javascript (React) is a plus English level  Upper-intermediate  Legal & Hiring Information  Exadel is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to inclusion across minority, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, and more Reasonable accommodations are available to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions Please note: this job description is not exhaustive.
