THE ROLE  We are seeking a senior Program Manager to own network capacity management and near-term capacity enabling initiatives. This role is for a demonstrated builder: someone who develops the models, automations, and analytical tools that create operational leverage, and then drives their adoption across the organization. You will define capacity strategy, build the systems that support it, and lead the cross-functional programs that follow. This role requires hands-on technical capability, deep analytical rigor, and strong systems thinking. The ideal candidate has a track record of moving quickly from problem to working solution. This includes building models that forecast inventory, throughput, and storage scenarios, and the ability to translate proven business logic into automated systems that scale. Equal weight is placed on the ability to build and the ability to implement and influence. This leader must operate credibly with senior stakeholders across Operations, Transportation, Supply Chain, Product, and Technology. RESPONSIBILITIES Capacity strategy ownership: Define and own end-to-end capacity management strategy across the fulfillment network, including storage, labor, and throughput constraints. Model and tool development: Build and continuously improve capacity, throughput, and scenario models to inform near-term and long-range planning. Develop automations that integrate business logic with live data feeds to scale decisions once proven effective. Translate outputs into clear recommendations for senior leadership, balancing cost, service, risk, and scalability. Program leadership: Lead complex, cross-functional capacity initiatives with significant business impact across cost, service, and network scalability. Network optimization: Identify and prioritize high-leverage opportunities to unlock latent capacity through process changes, tooling, policy adjustments, or reconfiguration. Stakeholder alignment: Build operating mechanisms and narratives that align diverse teams around shared capacity goals and tradeoffs. Measurement and accountability: Define success metrics, track performance against plan, and hold teams accountable for outcomes that impact the broader network. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field. 8+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience consistent with a senior-level role. Demonstrated experience building capacity, forecasting, or scenario models in complex operational environments, with direct responsibility for model design and development. Proven ability to move quickly from problem to working solution; scrappy, iterative builds that create immediate value and inform longer-term systems. Experience developing automations or analytical tools that operationalize business logic at scale. Advanced analytical skills with strong command of Excel or Google Sheets; SQL or scripting experience preferred. Demonstrated experience leading large, cross-functional programs with material business impact. Strong executive communication skills, including the ability to influence and persuade senior leaders. Experience in e-commerce, logistics, fulfillment, or large-scale operations preferred.
