We’re looking for a hands-on leader to own the flow of stock into our Distribution Centre, ensuring every delivery is received, processed, and ready to hit our customers’ carts at speed. You’ll lead from the floor, mentoring and developing your Team while constantly looking for more innovative ways of working. This role thrives on collaboration, partnering with Inventory, Outbound, Retail, and Logistics to keep the entire operation moving seamlessly. Come join us, different makes us better. #PrincessPolly #PursueYourPassion #PrincessPollyCareers country: AU all locations: [Highland Park, QLD] commitment: Full Time department: Princess Polly AU location: Highland Park, QLD team: Operations What you’ll be doing; : Lead the daily Inbound operation, across, scheduling, receiving stock reciept, processing and putaway  Monitor Inbound workflow to ensure stock is processed accurately and within SLA timeframes  Review forecasted Inbound volumes and plan Team resources to meet demand  Partner with the Inventory, and Quality Assurance departmentsReport on Team KPIs, stock trends, processing times and performance insights  Coach, develop and motivate Team members through feedback, onboarding and 1:1s  Run daily Team briefings and maintain clear, engaging communication  Identify and drive innovations   supporting a continuous improvement environment  Partner with Inventory, Logistics, Outbound and HQ Teams to resolve issues and improve efficiency  Champion WHS standards to maintain a safe, clean and compliant warehouse environment  Why join us;: Join one of Australia’s fastest-growing fashion brands Be a part of a supportive, high-performing Distribution Team Opportunity to work within a fast-paced environment, where you will lead, inspire, grow and motivate your Team.  Get involved in process improvement projects and make a real impact Career development opportunities, in a business that fosters internal promotion within Enjoy a fun, collaborative culture where your ideas are valued  Amazing product discounts and Team perks What are you looking for;: Experience in Inbound process flows team leadership or distribution centre environments  Proven leadership capability with experience coaching, motivating and developing Teams of 20+  Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Peoplevox, , Google Suite and inventory tools  Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends and drive process improvements  Excellent communication skills with confidence working across multiple stakeholders  Ability to stay calm under pressure and make quick, informed decisions  Proactive, hands-on approach with a strong focus on accuracy, efficiency and customer outcomes  Strong understanding of WHS standards and safe work practices
