Health Link Home Health and Hospice, a trusted leader in home healthcare throughout the greater San Francisco Bay Area for over 20 years, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our growing team.
We are looking for a self-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about supporting both employees and organizational success. In this role, you will work closely with our clinical and administrative teams to support daily HR operations, recruitment efforts, onboarding, employee relations, payroll support, and compliance initiatives.
This position is fully on-site at our Walnut Creek office.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
Coordinate onboarding and off-boarding processes for employees
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR databases
Support employee benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management
Assist with payroll processing and resolving payroll-related inquiries
Provide guidance and support regarding HR policies and procedures
Assist with employee relations matters and workplace communications
Support performance management processes, including tracking evaluations and preparing documentation
Organize and coordinate employee training and development initiatives
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws
Prepare HR-related reports, forms, and documentation
Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving workplace culture and operational efficiency
Qualifications
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong computer proficiency and experience with HR systems/software
Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team
Professional, approachable demeanor with strong customer service skills
Prior HR, recruiting, administrative, or healthcare experience preferred
Work Location
This is a fully on-site position based in our Walnut Creek office.
