About the Role : The Creative Brand Manager is the custodian of SG's brand and the leader of all creative output across our marketing channels. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll centralize brand governance, creative direction, and content production under one point of accountability — leading our internal creative team and a curated roster of external SMEs to deliver consistent, high-quality work across multiple country markets.
Job Responsibilities :
Own and govern SG's brand identity, visual standards, and brand book across all touchpoints
Lead creative direction and production for campaigns, reports, digital content, and corporate materials
Oversee marketing copywriting to ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and narrative
Manage creative workflows, project prioritization, and quality control prior to publication
Lead and develop the internal creative team (design, copy, motion/video) and Marketing Intern
Maintain and brief a vetted SME roster across design, copy, and motion disciplines
Adapt brand and creative output across country markets while protecting global consistency
Partner with the Head of Marketing to align all creative with marketing strategy and campaign goals
Qualifications :
8+ years in brand, creative, or marketing communications, with 3+ years leading a creative team
Proven track record evolving a brand identity system across multiple channels and markets
Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams (design, copy, motion) and external creative partners
Regional experience adapting creative across country markets; MENA exposure strongly preferred
Sharp creative direction skills across print, digital, motion, and editorial formats
Strong editorial judgment and an eye for copy quality, tone, and narrative
Bilingual English/Arabic strongly preferred
Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field (Master's a plus)
Nice to have
Background in capital markets, financial services, advisory, or research-driven industries
Fluency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and modern creative production workflows
