Our Core Values: Collaborative Driven Transparent Innovative Customer Centric Softengine Inc is seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead successful implementations of SAP Business One and Acumatica solutions for mid-market and enterprise clients. This role is responsible for managing the full project lifecycle including planning, scope, budget, timelines, resource coordination, client communication, risk management, and successful delivery outcomes. The ideal candidate combines strong project management discipline with ERP implementation expertise, executive-level communication skills, and the ability to drive alignment across clients, consultants, developers, and leadership teams. This position plays a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high customer satisfaction while supporting long-term client retention and growth. Key Responsibilities Project Leadership & Delivery Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects for SAP Business One and Acumatica clients  Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, resource allocations, and deliverables  Facilitate project kickoff meetings, status meetings, steering committees, and executive reviews  Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, governance standards, and PMO processes  Manage project scope, change requests, dependencies, and issue resolution  Coordinate cross-functional teams including consultants, developers, data migration specialists, and client stakeholders  Monitor project health, budget burn, utilization, and delivery risks  Client Relationship Management Serve as the primary client-facing project lead throughout the implementation lifecycle  Build trusted relationships with executive sponsors and operational stakeholders  Translate business requirements into actionable project plans and delivery milestones  Proactively communicate project status, risks, escalations, and remediation plans  Ensure a positive customer experience focused on adoption, time-to-value, and long-term success  Operational Excellence Drive consistency and quality across project documentation, status reporting, and implementation standards  Maintain accurate project forecasting, financial tracking, and CRM/PSA updates  Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes, tools, templates, and customer onboarding experiences  Support resource planning and future staffing forecasts across the Professional Services organization  Participate in post-project reviews and continuous improvement initiatives  Risk & Escalation Management Identify delivery risks early and implement mitigation strategies  Escalate critical project concerns appropriately with recommended action plans  Manage competing priorities while maintaining strong customer satisfaction and delivery quality  Ensure alignment between contracted scope, client expectations, and delivery execution  Qualifications 5+ years of ERP project management experience  Experience managing SAP Business One, Acumatica, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar ERP implementations  Strong understanding of ERP implementation lifecycles, business process mapping, integrations, and change management  Proven experience managing project budgets, timelines, scope, and cross-functional teams  Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills  Experience using project management and PSA tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Monday.com, Salesforce, or similar platforms  Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills  PMP certified  Travel up to 25%  Preferred Experience SAP Business One and/or Acumatica implementation experience and certification strongly preferred  Experience working for an ERP VAR, SI, or Professional Services organization  Knowledge of manufacturing, distribution, retail, professional services, or field services industries  Experience managing data migration, integrations, customizations, and third-party software implementations  Familiarity with SaaS, cloud ERP, and hybrid deployment environments  Success Metrics On-time and on-budget project delivery  Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) and Net Promoter Score (NPS)  Project gross margin and utilization targets  Client retention and referenceability  Time-to-go-live and adoption success  Forecast accuracy and risk management effectiveness  Delivery methodology adherence and documentation quality  What Success Looks Like Clients view Softengine as a trusted strategic partner  Projects are delivered with high quality, predictability, and strong communication  Risks and escalations are identified and managed proactively  Teams remain aligned, accountable, and engaged throughout the delivery lifecycle  Customers achieve measurable business outcomes and long-term ERP adoption Locations: Remote
