Requirements: Strong Accounting Operations Expertise: Own the month-end close, financials, and foundational accounting processes to stabilize and elevate the function after a period of resource constraints and cleanup.Multi-Site Accounting & Integration Experience: Hands-on experience managing local P&Ls, standardizing processes across sites, and leading M&A integration for smooth consolidation and reporting.Team Builder & Business Partner: Ability to design the accounting org, hire and develop regional staff, and partner effectively with non-finance leaders to drive operational and financial performance. Responsibilities: Build and lead the accounting function by designing the org structure and hiring and developing regional staff.Standardize processes across all locations to streamline consolidation and reporting.Own month-end close, financial statements, board materials, and flash reports.Lead full-scope external audits and maintain strong internal controls across the business.Partner with regional managers on job costing, labor efficiency, cash forecasting, treasury management, and M&A integration.
