POS Agent_Vietnamese

The POS Agent-Vietnamese is responsible for promoting and selling the company's point of sale (POS) systems and related solutions to potential customers. They will actively seek out and engage with retail businesses, restaurants, and other establishments to understand their needs and demonstrate how the company's POS products can improve their operations and enhance customer experiences. What You'll Focus On: Prospect, identify, and establish contact with potential clients in the target market. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of the company's POS systems and solutions. Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to address specific business requirements. Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to prospective clients. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and support for new customers. Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet and exceed sales targets and quotas Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process and beyond. Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management. What You Bring: Bilingual in English and Vietnamese  Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven track record of successful sales performance, ideally in the POS or technology industry. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong negotiation and closing abilities. Ability to understand and communicate technical information to non-technical clients. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently. Knowledge of POS systems, payment processing, and related software is a plus. Familiarity with the retail and hospitality industries is advantageous. Willingness to travel to meet with clients as required.
