Every project and process is driven by strategy, collaboration, and impact, making our work truly Out Of The Ordinary.   Job Description The Ebanker will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and supporting the Growth team negotiating contracts of varying complexity with our partners in the Latin America region. This position requires a highly organized individual, as the operational volume is large. Additionally, the role demands strong communication and interpersonal skills, as the Ebanker will need to interact with multiple company departments, including senior leadership. What your day-to-day will look like Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts that enable EBANX to provide its services, grow, and innovate in Latin America. Interacting with internal and external stakeholders from various countries and teams, including senior leadership. What you need to shine in this role Be a licensed lawyer; Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex contracts; Strong organizational skills; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Fluency in Spanish and English.   Bonus points if you have Experience in the payments and Finance industry; Experience with contracts involving financial institutions; Experience working in technology companies.   EBANX offers: Performance Bonus: Annual bonus program based on company results.
