What's in it for you?
As an Affiliate Coordinator for APAC markets, you will support the growth and expansion of that region. You will play a key role in building and managing affiliate partnerships across multiple regions, driving high-quality traffic through performance-based channels such as social media, streaming platforms and websites.
Your role with us:
You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to support affiliate acquisition, campaign execution, market expansion and long-term partner growth across the region.
As many APAC markets are highly driven by local language and culture, strong English communication skills together with proficiency in at least one additional Asian language are essential. Preferred languages include, but are not limited to, Filipino/Tagalog, Malay and Cantonese.

What you will do:
Identify, recruit and onboard new affiliates across APAC markets through social media, streaming platforms, websites and other traffic channels
Build and manage relationships with local-language partners, acting as the main point of contact for daily communication and support
Support the launch, growth and optimisation of affiliate programs in emerging APAC markets
Analyse affiliate performance data to optimise traffic quality, conversion rates and ROI
Negotiate commission structures and partnership terms to maximize growth and profitability
Monitor market trends, competitor activities and local user behaviour across APAC regions
Ensure compliance and maintain high standards of partner quality to protect brand integrity
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational issues and improve efficiency
Support cross-market initiatives and assist with workload balancing across different APAC regions when required
What you will bring:
Fluent in English, both spoken and written
Proficient in at least one additional APAC/Asian language, including but not limited to: Filipino / Tagalog, Malay, Cantonese
1-2 years’ experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, account management/sales or similar roles
Understanding of APAC markets and local online user behaviour
Strong communication and relationship management skills
Analytical and commercially minded, with the ability to interpret data and identify growth opportunities
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
Able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Bonus points if you also have:
Familiarity with streaming platforms, social media traffic or performance marketing channels
Experience using tools such as Google Sheets or Excel for reporting and data analysis
Exposure to iGaming, crypto, or similar industries is a plus
