Collect, organize, analyze, and maintain data, reports, and documentation. Prepare presentations, status updates, dashboards, and reports for internal and external stakeholders. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and project milestones. Assist in tracking project progress, identifying issues, and supporting resolution activities. Participate in meetings, document key discussions, and follow up on action items. Support process improvement initiatives and contribute ideas to enhance operational efficiency. Manage multiple assignments while maintaining quality, accuracy, and timelines. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on expectations and deliverables. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree, with 2.5+ years in consulting, analytics, life sciences, or a comparable delivery-focused role. Solid working hands-on experience with Excel and at least one of SQL, Python, Tableau, or Power BI. Good analytical and problem-solving abilities. Life sciences domain understanding is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Adaptability and willingness to quickly learn new processes and tools. Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Attributes: Strong ownership and accountability.
