What You’ll Do:
DeepIntent is seeking a Platform Support Analyst to join its growing team based in New York, New York. The Platform Support Analyst will report to the Sr. Director, Platform Support.
Address production issues/questions, maintenance, and business support within DeepIntent Products by communicating and coordinating across multiple teams (Client Success, Platform Operations, Product, Analytics, and Sales)
Monitor platform health; investigate and escalate issues
Troubleshoot all platform applications, providing triage, resolution, or recommendations
Manage incoming platform requests from internal users via JIRA tickets, Slack, and emails
Write basic SQL queries that can be used for data analysis and pulling reports
Coordinate and assist in Product feedback sessions; assist with functional and technical documentation.
Who You Are:
2+ years of working experience in the digital marketing/advertising technology field, with an emphasis on DSP or Programmatic, and 1+ years in a customer-facing environment
Knowledge of ad tech/programmatic platform technologies, Data, DSPs, SSPs, Ad Exchanges, Ad Servers, and/or verification tools.
Ability to analyze performance data and make compelling recommendations for internal strategy and optimizations
Experience and knowledge within SQL; understand concepts and ability to write basic queries that can be used for data analysis and pulling reports
Willingness to learn the technical and functional aspects of DeepIntent's platform
Basic knowledge of HTML and JavaScript
Desire to work in a rapidly growing and ever-changing environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills, working/communicating with internal teams and external clients, providing white-glove service
Detail-oriented, well-organized, flexible, and comfortable working independently
Technical aptitude to learn new technologies
DeepIntent is proud to offer a competitive compensation package inclusive of a base salary range of $100,000 -$115,000. The base salary range takes into consideration each candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications. In addition, we offer an annualized bonus/commissions plan and competitive benefits, as well as many other company offerings.
