We're currently looking for highly motivated Account Specialists who excel at developing strong business partnerships while exceeding goals in a fast-paced environment.       Quick Facts Employment Type: Full-time, 100% Onsite Schedule: Monday-Friday with rotating Saturdays every other week Compensation: Base plus lucrative monthly performance bonus       What You'll Do In this role, you'll manage a dedicated territory of auto dealerships, serving as a trusted B2B go-to expert for auto loan originations. You will use your strong relationship development skills to build credibility quickly, handle high touch communication with professionalism, and consistently advocate for GLS's lending solutions to increase the deal pipeline.  This role will make 80-120 outbound calls per day, collaborate with dealers on deal strategy, provide regular updates and document in Salesforce and other industry software.       Why GLS?
