About the Role
We are seeking a highly capable Group Finance Manager to lead and oversee financial operations across multiple entities. This role is critical in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and alignment with organisational strategy. You will play a key role in consolidated reporting, financial performance management, and supporting executive decision-making through insightful analysis and robust financial controls.

Ideal Profile
Qualifications & Technical Expertise
CPA or CA qualified with extensive experience in multi-entity financial management
Strong experience using Xero accounting software
In-depth knowledge of Australian accounting standards and tax regulations
Advanced proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Excel
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
Proven ability to lead finance functions across multiple business units
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working closely with executive leadership teams

Responsibilities
Financial Management & Reporting
Prepare and deliver consolidated financial statements across all entities
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and accounting standards
Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes
Invoice Processing
Manage invoicing across time entries, recurring services, and software
Accounts Receivable & Payable (AR/AP)
Oversee AR/AP functions across all entities
Perform bank reconciliations
Manage debt collection and recovery processes
Implement controls to optimise cash flow and minimise financial risk
Payroll Administration
Supervise payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Maintain compliance with employment and tax regulations
Budgeting & Forecasting
Develop annual budgets and rolling forecasts
Provide variance analysis and actionable insights to leadership
Compliance & Governance
Ensure adherence to tax obligations, audit requirements, and governance standards
Liaise with external auditors, accountants, and regulatory bodies
Process Improvement & Systems
Drive automation and efficiency across financial processes
Oversee enhancements to accounting systems and tools
