Ideal Profile:
Sales & Business Development Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, lead generation, or SDR roles
Proven success booking meetings through outbound calling and email outreach
Experience engaging senior decision-makers and confidently navigating gatekeepers
Strong understanding of sales pipelines, lead progression, and conversion-focused outreach
CRM & Technical Skills
Strong experience using CRM platforms, ideally Zoho CRM or similar systems
Experience maintaining accurate lead data, CRM hygiene, and pipeline management
Strong written communication skills for outbound email campaigns
Comfortable using LinkedIn and online research tools for prospecting and lead sourcing
Proficiency in Microsoft 365
Communication & Relationship Management
Confident and resilient communicator who is comfortable conducting outbound calls daily
Strong objection handling and follow-up capabilities
Professional and trustworthy approach when representing the business
Ability to build rapport and maintain positive engagement with prospective clients

Responsibilities:
Outbound Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and source leads through online research, industry directories, LinkedIn, event lists, and public databases
Build prospect lists aligned with ideal customer profiles and target industries
Research and identify key decision-makers including senior executives and operational stakeholders
Maintain accurate lead records and import new contacts into the CRM
Outbound Calling & Outreach
Conduct high-volume outbound calls to introduce services and generate interest
Use structured call scripts and outreach strategies to qualify prospects and progress conversations
Follow up consistently through phone, email, and LinkedIn engagement
Handle objections professionally with a focus on securing qualified meetings
Meeting Coordination & Pipeline Management
Book qualified meetings directly into the sales team calendar
Ensure every prospect has clear next steps and scheduled follow-up activities within the CRM
Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead and opportunity pipelines
Support progression of opportunities from meeting stage through to proposal and closed deals
CRM Campaigns & Data Management
Build and execute outbound email campaigns within the CRM platform
Segment lead lists based on industry, organisation size, location, and engagement signals
Maintain CRM hygiene including tagging, compliance, and contact accuracy
Track campaign performance and optimise messaging based on conversion metrics
Reporting & Performance Tracking
Provide regular reporting on outbound activity, pipeline progression, and campaign performance
Track KPIs including calls, emails, meetings booked, and conversion rates
Monitor pipeline health and identify opportunities to improve lead progression and sales velocity
Share market feedback, objections, and insights to support continuous improvement of outbound strategies
