E-Scooter Delivery Driver (1099 Contractor) Shift Options Friday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM CST Saturday: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM CST 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM CST 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM CST Sunday: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM CST 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM CST 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM CST Location 502 Highland Pkwy Norman, OK 73069 Important Please note: This is a 1099 independent contractor role. Candidates must have reliable transportation to commute to and from the warehouse. A company van will be provided during your shift to complete job duties. Job Summary Veo is seeking reliable and motivated Operations Professionals to support daily fleet operations. In this role, E-Scooter Delivery Drivers will locate scooters, swap batteries, rebalance vehicles throughout the city, and perform quality checks and minor repairs. This is a hands-on, active position ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying on the move, and solving problems independently. The ideal candidate is a team player who enjoys working with their hands, staying active throughout their shift, and contributing to efficient day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities Follow instructions in the company mobile app to complete assigned tasks Drive a company van to locate scooters and swap batteries Rebalance scooters from low-demand to high-demand areas Perform basic repairs and quality checks Respond to on-demand requests to locate or retrieve scooters Complete additional operational tasks as assigned Qualifications & Skills Must be 21+ years old Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record Comfortable driving a company van Smartphone savvy and comfortable using mobile applications Ability to lift and move scooters up to 60 lbs without assistance Strong communication skills and attention to detail Self-motivated and able to work independently Nice to Have Knowledge of the local geography and street layout Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends Experience in warehouse, manufacturing, delivery, or similar hands-on environments Perks Competitive hourly pay Flexible scheduling options Company-provided vehicle during shifts Veo ride credits Opportunity to work in a fast-paced, growing technology company #VEO2026  Below is the expected salary range for this position.
