We’re looking for a Social Media Content Creator who understands internet culture, AI trends, storytelling, and how to create content people actually want to watch and share. WHY IS THIS INTERESTING? - Join a fast-growing, #1 product in its niche - High level of ownership and creative freedom - Fast experimentation environment — ideas move quickly from concept to launch - High level of autonomy - we put a lot of trust in our team YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES - Create short-form educational and entertainment AI-generated content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Youtube and other social media platforms on the topic of mental health and wellbeing - Generate content hypotheses and rapidly test ideas - Analyze content performance and optimize based on engagement metrics - Research competitors, creators, trends, and platform behavior - Collaborate with designers and marketers to scale winning formats - Experiment constantly with hooks, storytelling formats, editing styles, and creative concepts - Stay up to date with the latest AI image and video generation tools, and use them in your daily work YOUR SKILLS - Experience creating AI-generated content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts - Strong understanding of viral mechanics and internet culture - Ability to identify trends early and adapt them creatively - Confident use of AI tools for content creation (image and video) - Portfolio or examples of social media content you created HOW WE GET THINGS DONE? Remote-first, but we have offices in Ukraine (Kyiv, Lviv, Vinnytsia) and in Poland (Warsaw), so you can mix and match if you prefer. Ideally, you should be in the CET or EET time zone.
