We are expanding our team in order to deliver the best-in-market engagement and products for our growing community.  Job Description Inventory & Process Management Inventory Control: Oversee end-to-end inventory management to ensure accuracy and optimal stock levels across multiple nodes. Systems Management: Operate and monitor ERP and WMS systems to ensure data integrity between physical stock and digital records. Process Optimisation: Continuously evaluate and refine logistics workflows to reduce lead times and operational costs. Customs Compliance: Knowledge with export customs. Partner & Vendor Management 3PL Coaching: Onboard, train, and coach third-party logistics (3PL) providers specifically on Casetify’s unique logistics processes and quality standards. Resource Sourcing: Leverage existing networks and identify new E-commerce service providers to scale our global footprint. Supplier Training: Assign tasks and provide structured training to third-party suppliers to ensure KPIs and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently met. Data & Analysis Data Management: Utilize advanced Excel skills and system-generated reports to analyze logistics data, identifying bottlenecks and forecasting future resource needs. Reporting: Create clear, actionable reports on logistics performance and cost-efficiency. Requirement Bachelor degree with major in logistics, supply chain management, International Trade/Business, Industrial Engineering is preferred. Experience: Proven experience in logistics management, preferably within the E-commerce or consumer electronics sector. 5+ years working experience in supply chain or logistics is preferred. Technical Skills:  Strong working knowledge of ERP and WMS  Excel Expert: Expert-level Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) and strong data management capabilities. Compliance: Deep understanding of logistics processes and customs declaration procedures. Communication:  Native or professional fluency in English and Mandarin (written and verbal) is essential for coordinating with global teams and regional suppliers.  Soft Skills: Problem-Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot issues under pressure and "act fast" to mitigate delays. Attitude: A highly collaborative "can-do" working attitude. Interpersonal: Strong communication skills to effectively coach and influence external partners.
