Te Tūranga – About the roleAs Customer Engagement Insights & Audience Manager, you are a strategic and customer-driven CX and insights leader who ensures Foodstuffs deeply understands the needs and behaviours of customers engaging with our customer programmes. Through actionable insights, audience development and performance reporting, you’ll play a leading role in optimising customer propositions, experiences and journeys across the customer lifecycle.
Key focus areas include:
Leading customer engagement and campaign performance analysis to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement
Translating customer behaviours into actionable insights that inform personalised experiences, lifecycle communications and offers
Driving experimentation, optimisation and innovation across customer engagement initiatives
Overseeing customer engagement reporting, dashboards and data visualisation to support data-driven decision making
Leading and developing a high-performing insights team while collaborating with marketing, CX, product and data stakeholders

He kōrero mōu - About youYou’re an experienced CX and insights professional with a strong customer-centric mindset and a passion for turning complex data into clear, compelling stories that drive action and value. You thrive in complex environments, enjoy leading teams, and collaborate confidently with senior stakeholders.
You’ll bring:
7+ years’ experience in CX, behavioural insights, customer strategy or loyalty insights
Strong expertise in lifecycle marketing, campaigns, offers and personalised customer engagement
Proven ability to synthesise insights and translate data into actionable recommendations and narratives
Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing diverse stakeholders
Deep understanding of data platforms, marketing technology and data-driven decision making
