Candidate Privacy Notice: https://www.lalamove.com/en-hk/candidate-privacy-notice country: HK all locations: [Hong Kong SAR] commitment: Full-time department: Engineering location: Hong Kong SAR team: Information Security (Infosec) What you will do:: Act as a coordinator for issues related to data privacy across all Lalamove markets, including raising awareness, promoting good practice and assisting to refine deficiencies. Act as the point of reference and advice for data privacy subjects and to signpost them to further resources or help them resolve those queries. Provide Compliance advice to the business and support functions to ensure Compliance with regulatory and company requirements and standards. Implement decided data protection measures and gather information about the need for support and changes from business Support in monitoring internal procedures for data protection, including with regards to collection, accuracy, retention, use, security, transparency, access, and correction of personal data Build up awareness and knowledge for data privacy issues and resources also to support training. Assist to implement and maintain Lalamove’s Compliance Program, including policies and procedures. Support enforcement / controls / audits (by divisions and teams) of data privacy processes and SOPs. Support on Data Governance initiatives, establish data privacy in Customer & Employee Data Domain Governance Structure. What you will need: : Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience   3+ years of experience in data privacy and protection  Strong overall cyber security and risk background  Knowledge of Lalamove’s market region privacy regime. International privacy regulations (e.g. General Data Protection Regulation) would be necessry Self motivated, strive for perfection, result-oriented Having CIPP, CIPM, CIPT and other certification certificates is a plus Good communication in English and Mandarin
