We specialize in helping clients secure their financial future through tailored insurance solutions and expert guidance.   LOCATION: New Castle, PA Nearby Areas / ZIP Codes: Serving the greater New Castle, PA region, including nearby communities in PA and OH:  15009, 15010, 16112, 44512, 44403, 16001, 44406, 16066, 16116, 16117, 16127, 16148, 44425, 16137, 16101   WHAT YOU’LL DO: Receive communication from insurance companies regarding our clients’ policies and respond accordingly  Provide courtesy notifications to clients whose premium payments are late  Assist clients with servicing of existing policies, including:  Beneficiary and ownership changes  Bank changes  Premium mode changes  Duplicate policy requests  Agent of Record changes  Coverage reductions  Over-age policy conversion  Lapse and reinstatement  Cancellation  Death claims  Update database to reflect policy changes and changes to client contact information  Communicate with clients’ financial institutions and insurance companies to process collateral assignments of life insurance policies  Process policy suspension due to military deployment and reinstatement from suspension  Provide high-quality customer service to established clientele  WHAT YOU’LL BRING: High School Diploma or equivalent required  Preferred Skills  High-level customer service skills  Superior attention to detail  Ability to multitask and balance demanding workload in a fast-paced environment  Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Outlook and Word   COMPENSATION: The base pay offered will be determined based on your experience, skills, training, certifications and education, while also considering internal equity and market data.   WHY EPIC: EPIC has over 60 offices and 3,000 employees nationwide – and we’re growing!
