At Jetson, we value people who are excellent at their craft, curious about new tools (including AI), and motivated to continuously improve how work gets done Job Overview: We are looking for an extremely motivated and passionate HVAC lead installer who would like to be a part of an exciting new company looking to fight climate change through disrupting the residential HVAC industry. As the lead of an install crew, we are looking for individuals with deep residential install experience to help guide lesser experienced HVAC installers and apprentices. You will be responsible for removing gas furnaces and installing heat pump systems, and collaborating with engineering teams on how the product can be improved and the install process streamlined. You will also provide best in class service to our customers. Responsibilities: Remove existing HVAC equipmentInstall new heat pump systemsPerform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning and replacing filtersTest heat pump systems to ensure proper functionalityFollow blueprints, schematics, and building codes when installing or repairing systemsCollaborate with other technicians and engineering teams on the product and processesProvide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questionsTrain team members on the Jetson equipment and install procedures Requirements: You’re ideally a Red Seal Licensed HVAC/R Journeyman Proven experience as an install team member and team leadGas B Ticket Heat Pump installation experience preferredStrong knowledge of HVAC systemsAbility to read blueprints and schematicsFamiliarity with building codes and regulationsExcellent problem-solving skillsExcellent English communications and customer service skills Job Type: Full-time, Permanent   Pay: $42 - $50 per hour   Benefits: Dental Care Extended Health Care or Health Insurance Vision Care Life Insurance Education Support Free Lunch Tools Provided Uniform Provided Do you feel like you don't have everything that's listed above but can still do the job?
