Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Overtime: Saturdays, 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM (average ~56 hours/week)

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist with programming experience to support precision manufacturing operations. This role involves programming, setup, and operation of CNC equipment to produce high-quality components used in industrial applications.
You will work closely with shop leadership to ensure production goals, quality standards, and deadlines are consistently met.

Primary Duties: Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine machining requirements
Program, set up, and operate CNC lathes and milling machines
Create and modify G-code using controls such as Fanuc, Haas, Fagor, or Heidenhain
Machine parts to tight tolerances (up to 0.0005") with high accuracy
Inspect finished components using precision tools including calipers, micrometers, and bore gauges
Verify that all parts meet dimensional and quality specifications
Follow established safety procedures in a machine shop environment
Maintain consistent attendance and reliability in a production setting
Handle materials up to 50 lbs as part of daily tasks
Support production schedules, including overtime as required
Qualifications: Proven experience in CNC machining with hands-on programming responsibilities
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
Strong understanding of G-code and CNC programming fundamentals
High attention to detail and commitment to precision work
Knowledge of machining processes, safety practices, and quality standards
