About this role
We're looking for a high-calibre, high-agency person to join our GTM team. You'll work directly with the founding team to build Antimetal's presence from the ground up — how we show up in the market, the content we produce, the events we run, and the channels we own.
This is an early, high-ownership role. The right person is hungry to build, comfortable with ambiguity, and cares about getting the details right.

We're starting by creating a platform that investigates, resolves, and prevents issues — giving engineers their time back to focus on what they do best: building great products.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Shape how Antimetal shows up across content, social, events, and partnerships.
- Run highly efficient experiments across channels and tactics, eventually doubling down on what shows traction.
- Plan and execute events — from intimate dinners to tech conferences.
- Identify and build partnerships with communities, tools, and ecosystems our customers live in.
- Create compelling content and campaigns to help Antimetal cut through the noise and reach a wider audience.
- Track what's working, kill what isn't, and document what you learn.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 2–4 years of marketing or growth experience at a startup or high-growth tech company.
- Broad understanding of GTM disciplines, with deeper expertise in at least one of events, social, content, brand, pair, rtc
- Strong writing — you can be clear, specific, and earn attention without being loud.
- Comfort owning things end-to-end with limited guidance.
- Enough technical curiosity to understand what we're building and who we're building it for.
- High standards and a bias toward action.
- High taste and strong opinions around it.

- You use Claude Code or other coding agents to improve your efficiency.

INTERVIEW PROCESS
1. Application Review — Send us your stuff, and a quick note on why you're excited.
2. Intro Chat — Share what you're looking for next and learn more about what we're building.
3. Founder Interview — Talk with one of our founders in more detail about the role.
4. Growth Exercise — We'll have you complete a short exercise specific to the role.
5. Onsite — Come onsite and meet the team through a series of 1:1 interviews, while also having the chance to share your work.
6. Decision — We'll move fast.
