Payments Specialist

What We Are Looking For: We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Payments Specialist to join our Finance team. This role is critical to ensuring the efficient and accurate execution of our financial operations as we continue to scale globally. What you’ll do Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable and Receivable processes, including the timely processing of invoices, payments, and receipts. Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with internal controls. Reconcile accounts, identify and resolve discrepancies, and follow up on outstanding balances. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth financial transactions. Support month-end closing procedures and assist in the preparation of financial reports. Contribute to the ongoing improvement of financial systems and processes.
