As we continue on this mission, we are looking for a driven and customer-focused Relationship Manager to join our team at Dun & Bradstreet. In this role, you’ll build and grow relationships with new and existing clients, helping them solve business challenges through data and technology solutions.
You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of accounts, developing opportunities, retaining customers, and driving growth through meaningful, consultative engagement.

Key Responsibilities::
Build trusted relationships with clients, acting as a strategic advisor on Dun & Bradstreet solutions
Grow and retain revenue across your account portfolio through renewals, cross-sell and upsell opportunities
Identify and win new business within both existing accounts and target prospects
Proactively manage accounts to minimise churn—spot risks early and take action
Lead end-to-end sales cycles, including negotiations, contracting, and deal closure
Navigate complex buying processes with multiple stakeholders and decision-makers
Maintain a strong pipeline to meet and exceed sales targets
Partner closely with Solutions Sales and Client Success teams to drive long-term customer value
Conduct regular account reviews and support win-back campaigns
Keep CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) up to date to support forecasting and planning
About you::
2-5 years of experience in field sales, or a senior inside sales / account management role
A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
A proactive, curious mindset with a strong sense of ownership
Ability to quickly understand client needs from a business and technology perspective
Excellent communication and presentation skills in a professional, international environment
Experience working with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) and Microsoft Office
Fluent English and Swedish
