<gh-intro>
<text>
At Bolt, safety is not a feature — it’s the foundation. As a Safety Operations Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in protecting riders and drivers every day. You will handle sensitive situations with empathy and precision, ensure our Safety processes run smoothly, and make a direct, meaningful impact on the experience of millions of people across Europe and beyond.
This is a fixed-term role created to support a peak period connected to the rollout of new internal processes, with a strong possibility of extension. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, genuinely care about user experience, and want to see the real impact of your work, this role could be a great fit for you.
