Job Title: Barista Job Type: Part-Time About Us Sofive Soccer Centers is the premier operator of small-sided soccer facilities across the U.S. We offer a dynamic environment where sports, community, and recreation come together. As part of our team, you'll contribute to an exciting atmosphere while providing exceptional service to our guests. Position Overview We are seeking a talented and energetic Barista to join our team at Sofive Soccer Centers. In this role, you'll be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages, delivering top-notch customer service, and maintaining a clean, organized work environment inside our vibrant, fast-paced soccer and recreation facility. Key Responsibilities Greet customers promptly and deliver exceptional customer serviceTake and process beverage and snack orders accuratelyPrepare a wide range of coffee and tea beverages to customer specificationsEnsure all food and beverage items meet quality, consistency, and timeliness standardsMaintain and clean coffee equipment (espresso machines, grinders, blenders) regularlyRestock supplies and inventory as needed throughout the shiftKeep all areas—workstations, kitchen, and dining areas—clean and organizedAdhere to all company policies, health and safety regulations, and service protocols Qualifications Prior experience as a barista or in food and beverage is preferredBasic knowledge of coffee roasting, brewing techniques, and beverage preparationStrong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and customer service skillsStrong organizational and time management abilitiesTeam player with a positive, energetic attitudeFlexible availability, including weekends and holidaysHigh school diploma or equivalent required Physical Requirements Must be able to stand for extended periodsMust be able to lift up to 30 pounds as needed Working Conditions May require early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday shiftsFast-paced and occasionally high-pressure environment$15.10 Join the team that’s redefining soccer and hospitality at Sofive.
