The General Utility Associate is responsible for supporting the manufacturing process of customizable hair, skin, and body care products to meet production goals while adhering to quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Perform set up and clean up tasks to assist in productionProvide labor support in the production processClean and clear debris and hazardous materialsEnsure equipment is cleaned and stored properlyMaintain accurate and detailed records and logs of all work performedPrepare materials for distributionPerform other duties as assigned and required Required Education, Skills, and Experience: Experience in an industrial or manufacturing settingProven experience in the application of Good Manufacturing Practices and FIFOExperience with various forms of PIT equipment (straddle stacker, forklift) preferredAn independent, organized self-starter and team player who can assess needs and deliver resultsBasic computer skills including G-Suite, Word, and Excel and data entry experience preferredAble to work any shift, including overtimeReliable transportationSolution orientated Physical Demands: Lift and move objects up to 50 pounds eachRegular bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching both below the waist and above the headWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate verbally and/or with visual cuesThis position is active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing during duration of shiftSpecific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focusEngage in full manual dexterity in both hands and wristsAbility to climb ladders and gangways safely and without limitationDexterity in eye/hand coordination, fee (foot pedals), manual (picking, pinching, holding, grasping), and wrist motion (repetitive flexion/rotation)Working conditions may include small spaces, dust, fumes/odors, hot/cold temperatures, inside/outside noise, vibration, standing on concrete for long hours, and wet or uneven surfacesMust be able to stand/walk for up to 8-10 hours   The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
