The Colony Surf Lounge Operating Partner is the business owner and strategic leader of PopStroke’s surf-focused lifestyle venue, uniquely tasked with transforming it into a premier hospitality, recreation, and membership destination that sets itself apart as the only venue offering a vibrant fusion of surf culture, community engagement, and exclusive experiences.   This leader owns all aspects of the Surf Lounge, including: Surf programmingSurf lessonsMembership salesGuest experienceCommunity buildingSpectator trafficEvent programmingFood & beverage operationsStaffingRevenue growthVenue activation This is not simply an operations role.   This leader must build a high-energy, hospitality-driven surf destination that creates demand from: MembersSurf participantsLessonsFamiliesSpectatorsSocial guestsCommunity events The Colony Surf Lounge Operating Partner must combine hospitality, sales, operational excellence, and brand-building to make this
