Role Details Modality: Full-Time, on-site — Draper, Utah Schedule: Monday–Friday Compensation: $18–24/hour + monthly performance-based bonus About Clicklease Clicklease is transforming how small businesses access the equipment they need to grow. About the Role The Collector II helps Clicklease maintain portfolio health and support customer success by managing delinquent accounts and negotiating repayment solutions. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable handling customer conversations, analyzing financial situations, and working toward measurable performance goals. The Team You’ll join the Collections team; a group focused on balancing customer experience with business outcomes. The team works collaboratively to resolve accounts, improve recovery performance, and maintain compliance standards.
