This supervisor role requires you to supervise crews, coordinate workflow, and ensure safety and quality standards are consistently met. You will lead by example, lead daily execution on job sites, and lead communication between crews, homeowners, and internal teams while reinforcing customer service expectations. Key Responsibilities: Ensure all work is completed as described in the scope of work and safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards Supervise crew members on all projects including projects involving subcontractors Communicate with homeowners as the main point of contact during projects, start to finish Prepare and collect invoices once the job is completed Look for other necessary repairs, i.e, roofing, gutters, etc. Inspect work for quality and compliance with company standards and local regulations Daily travel in the home market Mentor and train crew members, promoting skill development and team cohesion   Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license and clean driving record  Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen Ability to work overtime as needed Ability to work two Saturdays per month during peak season Work Environment: This position primarily involves working in the field at work sites Must be able to work in varied weather conditions and in a physically demanding environment Must be able to occasionally lift and carry 50 lbs.  Ability to climb ladders to determine work needs Driving: Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record that meets company and insurance requirements to travel to and from work sites.
