We are seeking a newly revised role of Senior Director, Immersive Jewish Learning to lead and grow our portfolio of immersive Jewish learning experiences, including Staff-Led Jewish Learning Retreats (SLRs), Peer-Led Jewish Learning Retreats (PLRs) and Retreatology, Camp Nai Nai Nai, and the Nai Cruise.
The Senior Director, Immersive Jewish Learning will be responsible for setting vision and strategy, driving program growth, and ensuring high-quality execution across all immersive learning experiences. The Senior Director will be accountable for delivering on the number of immersive experiences, meeting recruitment targets, participant outcomes, aligning resources to strategic priorities, building scalable systems that support the program, continuing to grow Immersives as high-level, content-rich learning arenas, and ensuring strong financial stewardship across the portfolio. This position will report directly into the Vice President, Jewish Education Department.

What You'll Do:
Lead Strategy and Program Growth
Set and execute a clear vision for immersive Jewish learning across all programs
Meet or exceed annual goals programs, participants, and outcomes
Identify opportunities to expand reach, impact, and improve program model
Deliver High-Quality Programs
Oversee end-to-end execution of SLRs, PLRs, Camp Nai Nai Nai, and the Nai Cruise
Ensure experiences are content-rich, well-executed, and aligned with Mem Global’s learning philosophy
Partner with all program teams and marketing to drive strong recruitment
Build and Lead a High-Performing Team
Set clear expectations, provide coaching, and drive accountability
Build team culture, structures and workflows that support performance and growth
Drive Data, Systems, and Operational Excellence
Develop and use data to assess program performance and inform decisions
Build reporting tools that track progress against goals
Manage Budget Resources
Own the immersive learning portfolio budget, including revenue and expenses
Align resources to strategic priorities and ensure strong financial stewardship
Collaborate Across the Organization
Partner with the Jewish Education Leadership Team to expand learning opportunities
Act as the face of immersive learning programs with funders and key stakeholders, confidently representing the vision, impact, and growth of the work

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in Jewish education and/or rabbinic ordination strongly preferred
Minimum 5 years of full-time professional experience, including program leadership and team management
Minimum 3 years of direct supervisory experience, including performance management, Executive Director of a camp or similar executive-level role at an immersive Jewish organization preferred
Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing multiple stakeholders
Experience in immersive learning, retreats, or large-scale program delivery preferred
The Fine Print:
The Senior Director, Immersive Jewish Learning is a full-time, exempt, year-round position and requires weekday work hours to complete job requirements, plus occasional evenings and weekends, as needed to support programs and events. This role works in one of our hub offices and reports directly to the Vice President, Jewish Learning Department.
In our U.S. Hub Offices, our team works a hybrid schedule where employees can choose to work remotely 2 days per week and collaborate in-person with coworkers the rest of the week, with Wednesday designated as a shared in-office day for connection and collaboration. Specific schedules may vary by location and role.

How Mem Global Pays You:
The starting salary range for this full-time exempt position is:
NYC Hub: $106,000 - $128,000
D.C. Hub: $102,000 - $123,000
Encinitas Hub: $98,000 - $117,000
Chicago Hub: $95,000 - $114,000
Charlotte Hub: $85,000 - $101,000
Your specific salary within these ranges will take into consideration education, experience and location.
