PLUS we are now offering a Weekend Bonus Incentive for caregivers who demonstrate consistency and commitment. $20–$25/hr based on experienceFlexible weekend or every-other-weekend scheduling$100 weekend bonus when you complete 50 weekend hoursImmediate openings available Weekends are a critical time for our clients, and we make sure our caregivers are supported while providing care. 24/7 supportive care team availableLocal cases in Charlottesville, VA and surrounding areasIdeal for caregivers with weekday commitments or seeking supplemental incomeConsistent weekend opportunities available What You’ll Do Caregivers provide non-medical support in clients’ homes, including: Transportation to appointments or errandsMedication remindersMeal preparation and cookingLight housekeeping For CNAs and trained PCAs, additional personal care may include: Bathing, dressing, groomingToileting and incontinence careMobility assistance and transfersFeeding support What We’re Looking For CNA, PCA, or HHA certification preferred6+ months caregiving experience (professional or personal)Strong communication with clients and care teamValid driver’s license and active auto insuranceAbility to follow care plans and document accuratelyMust pass criminal, motor vehicle and reference checks We are prioritizing caregivers who want steady weekend work and reliable income.
