Your role with us
At the heart of the player engagement strategy, this role owns the creation and rollout of interactive competitions across multiple markets. Promotions are built from concept through to execution, with a focus on regional relevance and core mechanics such as prize structures, game selection and engagement drivers. Working closely with CRM, marketing and regional teams, campaigns remain continuously active and are refined using performance insights to sustain and grow engagement.

What you will do:
Lead the end-to-end creation and rollout of interactive challenges and competitions across Stake.com, Stake.us and regional markets in bulk
Design tailored regional competitions that align with local audiences and regulatory requirements
Manage core campaign mechanics including game selections, prize pools, multipliers and minimum bet thresholds
Maintain a continuous rotation of live challenges to drive ongoing player engagement
Plan and execute multi-channel promotional activity across social, CRM and influencer platforms
Collaborate with influencers and social teams to amplify campaigns and drive participation
Partner with CRM and internal teams to deliver coordinated promotional content, including email campaigns
Manage promotional calendars and coordinate incoming campaign activity across teams
Manage incoming and outgoing Provider campaigns with great attention to detail.
Monitor performance metrics, analyse engagement data and optimise future campaigns
Support competition setup, execution and payout processes.
What you will bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or a related field
Proven experience in a similar promotions or marketing role, preferably within the gaming or online entertainment industry
Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing
Proficiency with spreadsheets (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets) for data management and analysis
Bonus points if you also have:
Creative mindset with a strong ability to develop innovative engagement strategies
Strong awareness of internet culture, memes and digital trends
Curiosity for emerging platforms and evolving digital marketing trends
Sports, Gambling and Cryptocurrency knowledge
Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Jira
