Retail Market Director

Role: Retail Market Director Location: Ohio (7 Retail Stores)     We are Growers, We are Wholesalers, We are Producers, We Are Budtenders, We are Retailers, We are Partners, and We are Hiring   We’re looking for a Retail Market Director to join our team and lead our retail business in Ohio! This is a new market for Holistic, and we are looking for a strong retail leader who is skilled at driving retail performance, developing strong teams, and delivering consistent & high-quality customer experience to oversee the seven retail stores in this market.   Your Impact: Drive consistent revenue growth through your General Manager across all 7 retail locations by aligning performance to clear KPIs and sales plans Build and develop high-performing teams, creating strong leadership at the store level Elevate the customer experience to increase loyalty, retention, and overall brand reputation Improve profitability by identifying opportunities in assortment, pricing, and inventory planning Ensure operational excellence across all locations, from merchandising to compliance Use data and market insights to guide decisions and optimize performance Strengthening cross-functional partnerships across retail, wholesale, cultivation, and vendor teams Hold teams accountable to company policies, standards, and performance expectations   Your Strengths: Proven experience leading multi-unit retail teams and driving sales performance Strong ability to coach and develop high performing teams Solid business acumen, with experience managing KPIs, budgets, and P&L Experience with inventory planning, merchandising, and driving profitability Working knowledge of compliance and operating within regulated industries (cannabis experience a plus) Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and relate at all levels Strong commitment to a positive and welcoming work culture for all If we are EMPATHETIC, HONORABLE & ACCOUNTABLE And we grow ourselves and business with GRIT then we will be                     CHAMPIONS OF CANNABIS Why Join Us: Holistic Industries offers a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive base pay, medical, dental, and vision coverage.
