We are looking to add a Talent Acquisition Manager to our team.
You’ll own full-cycle recruiting across multiple markets, partner closely with hiring managers and leadership, and play a key role
in evolving our talent strategy and employer brand.
Your Impact:
Own full-cycle recruiting across multiple markets, from intake through offer and onboarding
Partner with hiring managers and leadership to align on hiring needs and drive efficient, high-quality hiring processes
Manage a high-volume requisition load while maintaining strong candidate experience and time-to-fill goals
Build and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent across multiple channels
Lead intake conversations and provide ongoing guidance to hiring managers, including training on recruiting best practices
Maintain accurate, real-time updates in the ATS while tracking and leveraging key recruiting metrics
Support employer branding efforts, recruiting events, onboarding processes, and internal promotions
Your Strengths:
4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition (cannabis a plus)
Experience managing high-volume recruiting in a multi-location organization
Strong ability to prioritize, stay organized, and manage multiple searches at once
Confident communicator who can build relationships across all levels, including senior leadership
Experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools (Greenhouse or similar a plus)
Knowledge of recruiting best practices, interviewing techniques, and employment laws
Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to operate with a high level of ownership
